Self-supporting system

60x60, 120x60, 120x30, 120x20, 100x100 cm thickness 20 mm.
The support is made of polypropylene and can be of fixed height ora djustable height from a minimum of 2.5 cm to a maximum of 40 cm in height.
The ceramic pieces are placed supported on the structure respecting the level of the finished floor indicated by the client.
For installations higher than 10cm, it is recommended to mesh the back of the ceramic piece with fiberglass.

Ceramic formats: 120x60, 100x100, 75x75,60x60 cm
Porcelain stoneware surfaces are coupled with non-compressible low-thickness material (thickness ~ 2 mm).
The entire system is edged with a 0.6 mm self-extinguishing, anti-crack plastic trim, providing the sides with a slope of approximately 4°.
The size of the system varies depending on the format of the ceramic surface.
The system is placed directly on the pre-existing pavement or bare technical floor.
GHA is ideal for rapid renovation projects, events, exhibition stands or temporary spaces requiring versatility.

SUPPORT STRUCTURE
The structures consist of load-bearing pedestals placed in the corners of the ceramicsurfaces.
If necessary, galvanized steel reinforcing crossbars could be installed between the pedestals to achieve the required modularityand floor load capacity.
The following types of structures are available:
C0 loading pedestals, which can be fixed (byadhesive or mechanical fixation) to the substrate. C1 and C2 equipped with load-bearing pedestals conveniently connected to each otherby continuous and light Ω section stringers, all of them with the corresponding joints.
T1 and T2 equipped with load-bearing pedestals connected to each other by continuous high-strength square section stringers, with appropriate joints

WOOD CONGLOMERATE SYSTEM
The ceramic surface in 60x60cm and submultiples is encapsulated with a high-density wood conglomerate joined by 38 mm thick polycuring resins, which gives the final product good mechanical properties and acoustic comfort.
CALCIUM SULFATE SYSTEM
The ceramic surface is encapsulated with a calcium sulfate panel between 30-34mm thick, which provides the final product with excellent mechanical properties and protects it from humidity.
Formats of 120x60, 100x100, 75x75, 60x60 cm, 120x60 cm and submultiples of 100x100, 75x75, 60x60 cm.
The ceramic is glued to the support with a special adhesive, while the lower surface of the panel is covered with 0.05 mm thick aluminum sheet.
After assembly of all the components, support and porcelain stoneware, it is edged with a self-extinguishing, anti-crack plastic edge.
