SapienStone is the result of an ambitious research project that combines visual perfection, excellent performance, practicality and absolute hygiene in a single product.
Between its exceptional features we find its long-lasting, unalterable product that is resistant to the most common forms of damage and wear: knocks, scratches and abrasions as well as a natural resistance to fire, heat, frost and thermal shock. Our luxury porcelain slabs are also total non-porous, waterproof, and resistant to chemicals and stains, which make them easy to clean and minimizes maintenance.

Huge advantage for a huge surface: SapienStone comes in maxi-slabs measuring 48.43759 ft² (120” x 60”), with an ultra-light coupled thickness of 1.6 cm, or a full-body thickness of 2 cm.

The SapienStone color range, in polished and semi-polished finishes, is the result of a careful selection of the best raw materials and the know-how and research of the Gruppo Fiandre Iris Ceramica expert technicians.

SapienStone is also the world’s only ceramic material that can become “eco-active”. Our ACTIVE Photocatalytic Ceramic TM is able to produce beneficial effects for health and the surrounding atmosphere, thanks to the photocatalysis, which is anti-pollutant, anti-odor, self-cleaning and bactericidal.
