Iris Ceramica Group, main sponsor of Brera Design Week, will be in the heart of the Brera Design District with the MateriAttiva installation, open to the public from April 8 to 14, 2019.
The participation in Fuori Salone 2019 confirms again the collaboration and the synergy of all the brands of the Holding, following the wake of the success obtained in Bologna in 2018 with Pollution - RefleAction.
The theme of this year's Brera Design District, «Design your life», is an opportunity to experiment with the use of new generation materials and turn them into allies for the construction of spaces.
MateriAttiva will offer the public a multisensory experience in which it will show sustainability as a tool to reconstruct a pact between human beings and nature. The project is a journey in which the new frontiers of ceramics are discovered, conceived not only as an inert substance for the lining of a space, but as an active architectural element capable of improving the environmental quality of the space in which it is applied.
It is a didactic and research work, in collaboration with SOS (School of Sustainability), which uses the innovative technologies developed by Iris Ceramica Group under the careful guidance of the architect Mario Cucinella.
The revolutionary ACTIVE technology is once again in the public eye in Milan, becoming a building material that transmits a message of social responsibility in the face of climate change.
